It is the practice of using legal methods to improve your website rankings, but which are ethically dubious, and could one day becomes black hat.
Negative hat
Negative hat refers to the practice of using black hat and unethical techniques to sabotage a competitor’s rankings in search engines. Negative SEO attacks can take number of different forms in various aspects.
